Join us for Yoga in Belize with Mathew Koder Yoga and GSP!

Join us on our signature adventure to practice yoga and engage in international service in a beautiful setting.  Participants join with an interest for maintaining and growing their yoga journey, a desire to explore the rich culture and beauty of Belize, and to be of service to a rural primary school teaching English.  All yoga levels welcome!

Program Details:

  • Dates:  November 3-10, 2017     
  • Cost:  $2,950. All-inclusive (everything is paid for) and includes: 
    • Round-trip international airfare, all lodging and accommodations, all meals, in-country land and water transportation, guides and tips, excursions and gear, entrance fees, guest speakers, service materials and facilitation, yoga mat rental, daily morning and evening yoga guidance, and traveler's insurance.
    • Only exclusions:  souvenirs, incidentals, and luggage fees.

Trip Leaders:


Arrival, ground transfer to lodge, relax, welcome dinner, guest speaker, set our intentions for the week ahead.

Guided morning yoga, breakfast, chocolate making (cocoa) demonstration, the Green Iguana Project, explore the local San Ignacio village market, lunch, Xunantunich mayan ruins + yoga on site, dinner, relax around the fire.

Guided morning yoga, breakfast, full day Actun Tunichnil Muknal (ATM) Cave tour with lunch, individual evening yoga practice, dinner, preparation for service in local primary school.

Day 4, 5, & 6 // SERVICE TO SELF + OTHERS
Guided morning yoga, breakfast, service in primary school, lunch, afternoon adventures (waterfall rappelling, the Belize Zoo), individual yoga practice, dinner, close the day with a guided service conversation preparing us for the next morning of service and reflection on our time in country together.

Guided morning yoga, breakfast, service in primary school, lunch, depart for island and settle into accommodations, beautiful yoga practice on the beach, dinner, relax.

Guided morning yoga on the beach, breakfast, hop on the catamaran for a full day sail and snorkel excursion of the second greatest barrier reef in the world with lunch, return to the island for an individual yoga practice on the beach, dinner, relax.

What’s Included?

Registration includes all in-country expenses including: round-trip international airfare, all service-learning materials, lodging with three healthy meals per day, all in-country transportation (land and water) with licensed guides, airport and water ferry transfers, country-expert presentations, professionally guided educational and cultural excursions with licensed guides, tips, and gear rental, traveler’s insurance, 24/7 professional full-time supervision and logistical support.

What’s NOT Included?

Your program has been designed for you to not worry about any expenses throughout the duration of your program. The only items not covered on your program are luggage fees, souvenirs, and incidentals.

+ Refund Policy...

The fee charged to participate in the Program is paid in installments. Participant understands and agrees that after Participant has applied for and confirmed participation in the Program, GSP will make arrangements for the Program based on Participant’s attendance (for example booking lodging and not accepting other Program participants for the slot taken by Participant). For this reason, in the event Participant cancels participation in the Program after making application and confirming participation, all monies paid on or before the notice of cancellation shall be retained by GSP in order to offset its loss of business and ninety days prior to the Program departure date, all monies paid shall be retained by GSP. Thus, if Participant withdraws from the Program within the ninety day period immediately preceding the Program departure date, no portion of the Program fee will be returned. All deposits are nonrefundable.
